At first glance they didn't arouse my admiration. During one of my photo sessions they were accompanied by noticeable Bronx Rasor ( of course in rust colour) and head-turning Bronx Buster 43525 (precious boots in army colour). After putting them on i was undisputabley sure that DOTS florence boots won the competition - they got my admiration.

So let's get down to the facts - DOTS Florence have far more comfy insole than an average boot. Feet feels there just like in a glove. I have a bit wider toes and that's why i feel my feet beeing a bit pressed in most boots and this inconvenience lasts usually first few days of wearing them. I didn't get this discomfort wearing DOTS Florence, despite they have as smooth outsole as most boots.

Secondly - neatly balanced heel. It's 4" high and after subtracting the platform height it lifts feet 3.2" high and you feel walking in them just like wearing boots with 2" heel. Platform is very light with rounded edges, which makes walking in these boots very comfortable, soft i'd even say natural...
