How do you like Katie Holmes in Louis Vuitton dress?

Fair, pastel dresses combined with dark tights and dark pumps are a recipe for an interesting look. What do you think about Katie's stylization?

For Variety's party, Katie chose a flowery dress, black tights and black stilettos (with pointed toes). Neckline accentuated with black colour matched the black belt and other accessories, however, the whole set was somehow disturbing.

Even though the set is beautiful and proper for a given occasion, Katie presented herself a bit awkwardly. She looked like a women who is not able to come to terms with the fact that she's getting older.

In my opinion, Katie made her feminine silhouette look like a teenager's figure. Something that looks good on Miley Cyrus is not necessarily suitable for someone who's 30 +.

I associate the teenage period with stylistic blunders, attempts to find a perfect look and a bigger tendency towards risk. However, thanks to this period I'm now more self confident and more conscious while deciding on my stylizations.
